Looks like a geocery. Their representative in Tbilisi airport has hardly replied to my greeting. Their periced did.not match the ones on their website.

We rent a car for 7 days during which time it ran OK but shameless people run this company. First they failed to deliver the car at the arranged place at Kutaisi airport. That it waits for us in Tbilisi!
So they fetched some random taxi to drive us there. On the half way the driver demanded money. Under the risk of being thrown out in the middle of nowhere while snowing heavily, we paid him around 20 EUR. When picking-up the car in Tbilisi, there was no apology, no willingness to offer us any compensation. When returning it, they refused to give us back the deposit, claiming the we broke the rules because other driver (friend in the group) than stated in the contract was driving the car and he was fined for passenger at co-driver seat wasn't belted. The belt locker was missing! This we failed to notice when accepting the car. Moreover, to strenghten the ridiculousness of our demanding the deposit back, they were telling us how dirty the car we have returned is. Pardon me, the temperature slightly above zero, heavy snowing, the place of return away of gasoline station (so away of any means to clean the car so that it measures up to their ideal of cleaniness) were factors that made impossible to preserve the outside back front portion of it clean. To sum up, it's okay for them to break to rules, but not with us and it seems to me that they will use any teenie-weenie petty thing so they can act as morally superior with full rights to snatch the deposit. No sense of decency. I strongly recommend stay away. Don't be fooled by apparent low price they offer.

Арендовали машину VOLKSWAGEN GOLF с 04 по 10 мая 2015 года. Маршрут поездки: Тбилиси - Кахетия - Боржоми - Батуми - Тбилиси. Все было нормально. Замечания к техническому состоянию: в Боржоми при +3 заводилась с трудом. И еще: по условиям агентства машину нужно вернуть помытой. Это не Европейская практика. Это должно брать на себя агентство. Депозит вернули вовремя, как в договоре.
Общее впечатление о поездке замечательное. Грузия прекрасная страна. Приветливые люди, вкусная еда, великолепное вино. И есть что посмотреть. Древняя история, храмы, замки, архитектура, культура. С удовольствием приехали бы еще.
